We are thrilled to welcome Kyle Folk as Alchemy's new Director of Pharmacy Operations!

Kyle brings over 14 years of pharmacy experience with deep expertise in HIV care and 340B program management. Most recently, Kyle served as Associate Director of Community Pharmacy at Genoa Healthcare, where he supervised daily operations for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Fertility, Transplant, and Autoimmune teams. During his tenure, Kyle developed Nevada's first and only pharmacy-led PrEP collaborative practice agreement, resulting in a 200% increase in PrEP medication dispensing. His leadership helped position his site as Genoa Healthcare's "Center of Excellence" for HIV-related services.

Kyle's passion for HIV care is evident throughout his career. As an AAHIVP-certified HIV Specialist, he served as Genoa's HIV Subject Matter Expert, developing training modules and learning tools utilized across all Genoa Healthcare sites. He established protocols and standard operating procedures for injectable HIV medications. Ultimately the pharmacy he managed dispensed the most Cabenuva, a long-acting injectable HIV treatment, of any pharmacy on the West Coast.

Before joining Genoa, Kyle spent 14 years at CVS Pharmacy, working his way up from clerk to Pharmacy Manager. This comprehensive experience gave him insight into every aspect of pharmacy operations.

Kyle was drawn to Alchemy by mission, dedication to the HIV community, and our integrated pharmacy model.

xx

At Alchemy, Kyle will focus on improving operational efficiencies while strengthening collaboration between our pharmacies and clinic partners. His vision includes leveraging pharmacists' expanding capabilities, from PrEP prescribing to administering long-acting injectables, to enhance overall patient care. Kyle holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Roseman University of Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Please join us in welcoming Kyle to the Alchemy team!

The model of actually integrating patients, providers and the pharmacy in the same location is most beneficial for patient outcomes.
