About Alchemy 

Alchemy is on a mission to serve safety net clinics and their patients. We build and operate in-house pharmacies with a focus on STD clinics, Ryan Whites, and FQHCs serving patients living with HIV and Hepatitis C. 

Our team has deep clinical pharmacy, technology, and operations experience. Together, we have spent 18 years in Africa building the largest HIV access program in the world, and we have set up, operated and scaled pharmacies that have dispensed over 25M+ prescriptions to patients across all 50 states in the US. After setting up a clinic’s in-house pharmacy, we design and implement clinical pharmacy programs and deploy technology products that leverage the pharmacy to expand patient reach, improve clinical outcomes, and increase the financial impact of their 340B program.

Job Overview

As a BizOps and Strategy Manager at Alchemy, you will be responsible for cross-functional initiatives collaborating with the leadership team to solve our most pressing challenges. You are someone who can think big while sweating the details, is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and gain firsthand insight into our operations and can collaborate effectively across job levels and org functions to create solutions that are practical. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations
  • Partner with the BizOps leaders, Product, Business Development and other Operational functions/ Business Verticals to drive thinking on new products and services
  • Provide thought leadership on large, cross-functional client facing projects to build optimal solutions and drive consensus across all partner groups involved
  • Play a role in developing internal operational processes

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or similar roles in a high growth/ early stage startup
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment
  • Willingness to travel
